The service is available on the R8 Brno–Přerov–Ostrava–Bohumín line (only cars 1–5) and in selected classes on RJ trains (Low cost and Standard – Astra cars).
No. You must have a valid ticket with seat reservation in order to be able to use the service. A seat reservation can be purchased separately or as part of the ticket itself.
The order of each item is limited to 3 pieces (RJ) or 2 pieces (R), respectively.
Online refreshments are not available to passengers with IDS tickets (with the exception of those who have purchased a seat reservation).
Final orders will be accepted 40 minutes prior to arriving at your destination, at which point any further orders will be blocked.
