On board our trains and buses, we strive to provide comfort for all passengers. Train sets are equipped with ramp access for the safe and easy boarding of passengers in wheelchairs, and our yellow buses offer free transport for wheelchairs as a standard service.
Vehicles designated for the transport of immobile passengers can be found in the reservation system marked with the wheelchair symbol (see image), located in the Standard class.
For technical reasons, we can only transport passengers in wheelchairs that do not exceed a width of 60 cm and a total weight of 300 kg (including the client). Unfortunately, we are unable to transport electric wheelchairs. Please also note that we have standard express trains which are not low-floor and the space for movement within the train is limited. The trains are not equipped with barrier-free toilets. Additionally, there are no specially designated areas for wheelchair passengers, so passengers will need to transfer to standard seats.
To ensure transport, it is necessary to adhere to the deadlines listed below for the specific departure and arrival stations. Please be aware that if these deadlines are not met, transport may not be possible.
In the stations of Přerov, Studénka, Ostrava-Svinov, Ostrava-Stodolní, Ostrava hl. n., Bohumín, Litoměřice, Lysá nad Labem, Poděbrady, Vyškov, transport is possible using our ramp. Transport must be booked at least 24 hours before the train's departure from the station.
Transport for immobile passengers to the stations of Vyškov and Suchdol is possible with prior arrangement. This is because there is no guarantee that our train will arrive at a platform with a sufficient height for ramp use. Reservation is therefore required at least 24 hours before travel by email to vozickari@regiojet.cz.
In the stations of Velký Osek, Stará Boleslav, Všetaty, Mělník, Štětí, Ústí nad Labem–Střekov, Ústí nad Labem západ on the R23 line, there is no possibility for boarding/alighting of immobile passengers.
In stations where the platform height does not allow the use of our ramp (Hranice na Moravě, Havířov, Brno hl. n., Ostrava hl. n., Břeclav, Česká Třebová, Olomouc, Svinov, Praha hl. n., Pardubice, Bratislava, Košice, Kysak, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Piešťany, Poprad-Tatry, Považská Bystrica, Púchov, Trenčianská Teplá, Trenčín, Trnava, Vienna Hbf), we arrange an external platform. Therefore, we will contact you by phone to confirm the booking. Please make your reservation at least 24 hours before the departure of the service.
In exceptional cases, changes may occur. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
In the following stations, it is unfortunately not possible to transport immobile passengers as neither our ramps nor external platforms can be used:
Brno-Královo Pole, Brno-Židenice, Nezamyslice, Kojetín, Čadca, Vrútky, Martin, Liptovský Mikuláš, Ružomberok, Štrba, Spišská Nová Ves, Margecany, Bohumín (only RJ lines), Bystřice, Český Těšín, Návsí, Opava, Ostrava hl. n. (only RJ lines), Ostrava-Stodolní, Třinec - centrum, Zábřeh na Moravě, Bratislava-Vinohrady, Budapest, Déli pu, Gyor, Mosonmagyárovár, Vienna Meidling, Čop, Přemyšl, Krakow, Rzeszów, Budapest, Kellenfold
Additionally, at the stations Velký Osek, Stará Boleslav, Všetaty, Mělník, Štětí, Ústí nad Labem–Střekov, Ústí nad Labem západ on the R23 line, there is no possibility for boarding/alighting of immobile passengers.

Passengers with limited mobility and orientation are transported on our yellow buses on all routes provided they have their own personal assistant to help with boarding and alighting. The buses are not barrier-free. Please note that the onboard staff does not provide assistance services. Thank you for your understanding.
Transportation of wheelchairs is free of charge. Wheelchairs are transported in a folded state in the luggage compartment. Additional conditions for transporting passengers with limited mobility and orientation follow the applicable Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
