Croatian train service disruption

Dear passangers,

Starting from September 17, 2023, due to the planned disruption, we must conclude this year's operation of our yellow train service to Croatia, which we will replace with our most modern buses Fun&Relax⁺! The last train will depart from Prague on September 15 and from Croatia on September 16. Subsequently, from September 17 onwards, transportation on the route to Croatia will be provided by buses. This change will not only shorten the travel time but also give you the opportunity to experience our new double-decker bus, Fun&Relax⁺.

Buses on the route from Prague to Rijeka and back will depart according to the following disruption schedule:

• Pre-ordered refreshments - If you have pre-ordered refreshments, you won't miss out on them; they will be prepared at your seat, just as it would be on the train.

• Ticket Price Adjustment - You are entitled to compensation in the event of a difference between the original ticket price and the price of the bus/train seat. Compensation will be equal to the difference between the original ticket price and the bus fare, or the difference between the bed price and the train seat fare. In the case of compensation eligibility, we will automatically refund the amount to you by adding the corresponding credit to your ticket after the journey concludes. You can use the credit for future ticket purchases or contact us via our website, if you wish to have the credit reimbursed.

• Traveling with Children under 3 years old - For children under 3 years of age, please bring a car seat or booster seat with you.

• Bicycle Transport - Unfortunately, transporting bicycles by bus is not possible. Therefore, we will automatically refund the bicycle transport fee. If you don't wish to travel without your bicycle, you have the option to cancel the entire ticket free of charge.

• If You Choose Not to Travel by Bus - If you decide to cancel your trip due to the replacement bus service, please call or email us at least seven days before the planned journey, and we will cancel your ticket free of charge.
