Transport of luggage

• A passenger can take with him/her such luggage that can be loaded quickly and easily with respect to the dimensions or weight, supposing that such luggage is not a threat to the safety of operation, does not bother other passengers, and is not an item excluded from transportation.
• Luggage that cannot be place under or above the seat of the given passenger can be stored (with help of the crew) in such a place where it will not restrict the movement of other passengers.
• Dangerous items cannot be transported as luggage.

*) Book space in advance – and for better prices! Take advantage of the possibility to book space for your extra piece of luggage, excess baggage, bicycle, skis, or snowboard in advance in the reservation system. Just click on the banner Additional Services in your booking details and you can easily make a reservation and then make a payment in advance. The booking and payment of the fee online is up to 50 CZK/2 EUR cheaper. The possibility to book space in advance is limited by capacity. A folded baby carriage for a child and wheelchairs for disabled passengers on a wheelchair are transported free of charge.

**) If the passenger has more than 2 pieces of luggage in the baggage space, further bags will be transported only if there is free capacity (max. number of transported pieces of baggage per passenger is 5; if there are more of them, the operator guarantees transport of baggage only on the portion of the route for which they were accepted). If the piece of baggage exceeds the dimensions of 30x60x80 cm or the weight of 30 kg, 1 fee for exceeding the dimensions/weight is to be paid. If the bag is over the allowed number of bags, the fee is paid twice – for exceeding the dimensions/weight and for more pieces of baggage than allowed. Max. two fees apply to a single piece of baggage. Folded prams and wheelchairs for wheelchair users are transported free of charge.
