How does online ordering work?
Online refreshments can be found in all classes on the R8 line Brno-Ostrava-Bohumín and in Standard-ASTRA and Low cost classes on RJ trains. You can order refreshments immediately after departure (with the exception of departures from Prague Main Train Station – 30 minutes).

Where does online refreshments work?
The service is available on the R8 Brno–Přerov–Ostrava–Bohumín line (only cars 1–5) and in selected classes on RJ trains (Low cost and Standard – Astra cars).
Can I use the service without a seat reservation?
No. You must have a valid ticket with seat reservation in order to be able to use the service. A seat reservation can be purchased separately or as part of the ticket itself.
How many pieces/portions can I order?
The order of each item is limited to 3 pieces (RJ) or 2 pieces (R), respectively.
Can I use online refreshments with an IDS ticket?
Online refreshments are not available to passengers with IDS tickets (with the exception of those who have purchased a seat reservation).
What is the deadline for ordering?
Final orders will be accepted 40 minutes prior to arriving at your destination, at which point any further orders will be blocked.
What do I do if I have paid but have not received my order?
If your last order did not arrive on time, or there has been any other problem, do not hesitate to contact us via the dedicated functionality in the app “Complaints”/.
