Transport terms and conditions are a binding document stipulating the rules and conditions for the transport of people, animals/pets, and things on board of RegioJet buses and trains. The document also includes information about ticket price calculation and claims.
Children and unaccompanied passengers aged 10-17 inclusive can only travel on international services with the agreement of their parents. Such passengers must, before boarding the bus, present the Power of attorney form filled in by their parents or legal guardians. The form has to be presented for each journey separately (if you have a return ticket, you need to have two forms). When changing buses or getting on transfer service which forms a part of the line, the Power of attorney has to be shown to the staff on the service repeatedly.
